ERP, OPERA and SAP B1 integration for operations teams
Connect your systems. Cut manual work.
We connect your ERP, CRM and operational platforms so your team spends less time moving data between screens and more time running the business. One flow, live in a week.
What this looks like
Three things that stop being manual.
Typical flows we build. Each one replaces a spreadsheet, a re-typed form or a daily check that someone used to do by hand.
A sale updates inventory and accounting
The POS or e-commerce order is posted; stock is adjusted in the ERP and the sale lands in accounting with the right cost center. No end-of-day export, no re-keying.
A reservation syncs operations
A new or changed booking in the PMS updates housekeeping, the restaurant and the CRM as it happens. Arrivals, upgrades and special requests reach the people who act on them.
An exception reaches the responsible person
A payment that failed, an invoice that doesn't match the order, stock below minimum: detected the moment it happens and sent to the owner with the context to fix it, not discovered next week.
How we work
Assessment, one-week pilot, then production.
We don't sell slide decks. We agree on one flow, build it against your real systems and expand from there.
Short assessment
We look at the systems involved, the data they expose and who owns the process. Output: the flow we'll build, the access we need and the acceptance criteria, on one page.
Scoped, fixed-price pilot
One flow, between the systems we agreed, with the access available, running end to end on your data. You click through it with your team. Price is fixed after the assessment.
Production and handover
The pilot becomes a production integration: monitored, secured, documented and handed over to your team. A first flow typically takes one to four weeks; we scope it before we start.
Who's behind Integritech
Senior engineers who have shipped this before.
Integritech is a small team of solution architects and integration engineers. The company is new; the experience isn't. Before Integritech, the team delivered, as employees and consultants of other companies:
- Property-management, point-of-sale and CRM integrations for hotels and resorts (Oracle OPERA, Simphony and OHIP), including real-time guest and folio flows.
- ERP integrations and migrations for SAP Business One and Primavera/Cegid, including a desktop-to-web migration of a full ERP suite.
- Real-time event platforms and edge deployments for industrial, gaming and retail operations.
- AI agents on live operational data: finance, guest services and store operations, with human approval built in.
Based in Costa Rica, working with clients across the Americas and Europe. You work directly with the people who build your system.
See the reference flow before you commit
We are preparing a reference integration on demo systems: a reservation created in a PMS sandbox updates housekeeping, posts a charge to a POS and lands in accounting, with an exception routed to a manager. Until it is ready to show, we will walk you through the design of the flow on a call, then show how it maps onto your systems.

Secure by design.
Connecting systems means moving your most sensitive data. Three commitments on every project:
Your data stays in your perimeter
Integrations run in your cloud or on your premises. Encrypted in transit and at rest; nothing leaves without a reason you approved.
Least privilege, no shared secrets
Every connection authenticates with its own scoped credentials, stored in a vault, never in code. Agents get specific tools, not root access.
Everything is auditable
An immutable trail of every event, decision and action, so you can prove what happened and when. Built to support PCI DSS, GDPR, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls.
Security details
Zero trust between systems
Every service authenticates, every call is authorized, nothing is trusted by default. Least privilege for integrations, agents and people. Short-lived credentials, secrets in a vault, never in code.
Encrypted end to end
TLS everywhere in transit, encryption at rest, field-level protection for PII and payment data. Data stays in your cloud or on your premises; nothing leaves your perimeter without a reason you approved.
Audited and observable
Immutable audit trails for every event, every decision and every action an agent takes. Monitoring, alerting and anomaly detection from day one, so you can prove what happened and when.
AI with guardrails
Agents get scoped tools, not root access. Prompt-injection defenses, data governance for what models can see, human approval for sensitive actions, and full traceability of every agent decision.
Hardened deployments, dependency and container scanning, penetration testing before go-live, and documented security architecture your auditors can read.

Architectures we build
Event-driven integration
Every system change becomes an event; consumers react in real time. Decoupled, scalable, auditable. The backbone for everything else.
Streaming & messaging
Kafka, MQTT, Pub/Sub, Event Hubs, RabbitMQ. High-volume pipelines, exactly-once where it counts, replay when you need it.
API & iPaaS orchestration
REST, GraphQL, SOAP and webhooks orchestrated into coherent flows. Legacy systems get an API; modern ones get connected properly.
Edge & on-premise
Real-time processing where the data is produced: hotels, plants, stores, venues. Edge nodes that keep working when the connection doesn't.
Data platform & single source of truth
Consolidate silos into one trusted dataset: CDC, ETL/ELT, warehouses and lakehouses on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure. Reporting and AI on top.
Agentic layer
AI agents as first-class participants in the architecture: sensing events, calling tools, taking action, under human control and observability.
Process control & improvement
See the whole operation, live
One live view of bookings, sales, inventory, production and finance, fed by events instead of yesterday's reports. KPIs carry thresholds that trigger action, not a PDF on Monday.
Long-running processes, end to end
Order-to-cash, month-end close, supplier or employee onboarding: coordinated across systems with state, retries and compensation. Routine steps run on their own; the ones that need judgment reach the right person with full context.
Reconcile continuously, not at month end
Cash vs bank, physical vs system inventory, hotel folios vs POS, orders vs invoices: matched as they happen, with every exception flagged the moment it appears and routed to whoever owns it.
Know how the process really runs
Rebuild the real flow from your systems' events, expose bottlenecks and deviations from the official process, and follow a single transaction across ERP, PMS, POS and logistics: where it is and why it's late.
Controls inside the flow
Segregation of duties, four-eyes approvals, master-data validation at the point of entry, anomaly detection on transactions. Enforced automatically, with an immutable trail your SOX, PCI or ISO auditors can replay.
Simulate, predict, act
A digital twin of the process to test what-if changes on real data; OEE and downtime captured at the edge, no spreadsheets; forecasts for demand, occupancy and staffing that turn into orders, shifts and replenishment on their own.
AI agents that watch a process — receivables, replenishment, maintenance, the guest journey — and act within the limits you define. Real integration through APIs and events, replacing brittle RPA and manual follow-ups.

Describe the flow that's manual today and the systems involved. We'll reply with what we would build, how long it takes and what the pilot costs.
A walkthrough shows our reference flow and involves none of your systems. A pilot quote starts from the flow you describe.
Requests go straight to the engineering team, not a sales queue.
